Racer Pride (waaaayyy past bedtime)

Another great night of MSU basketball as the Racers beat Tennessee Tech in the last regular season home game. The Lady Racers going into overtime (and winning by the way!) and the senior night festivities put Max about 3 hours past normal bed time. You would have never known it. He cheered the Racers on till the end.

Aunt Nikki, Todd and Max

Good thing there were lots of fun friends to keep me busy during time-outs.

Being silly with Todd.

Max and Daddy

Quick time-out for a ba-ba with Aunt Nik.

My very own jersey

Thanks so much to Miss Mitzi and Miss Marilyn for bringing me this awesome
Murray State basketball jersey. I love it!

"Hey...what does it say back there?"
"Maybe you guys could take a picture so I can see the back"

Sleepy Boys

It's been a busy week. Max and Daddy had to catch a quick nap on the living room floor.

Welcome Baby Clay!

Max wants to introduce a new friend.

We can't wait to play with Clay soon!
Congratulations Patrick, Andrea and Lilli!

Is there a monkey 'round my neck?

Max gives his new Valentine Gorilla a "lift" across the living room floor.

"Alright, monkey....ride's over...get off my back"

Balloon Strings

I'm sure that chewing on balloon ribbons is definitely on the list of "Things never to let your baby do" but we promise that these photos were taken under extreme supervision and no harm was done to balloon strings or babies during the taking of the photos (unless slobber is harmful) ;) He acted like he was eating the best snack EVER!

Max thought Daddy should try the strings too.

Go Speed Racer

We feel like Max has turned into Speed Crawler lately. He must have picked up these speedy moves from one of his favorite toys. He just loves the racetrack and "Racer" given to him by Grandma and Grandpa's neighbor, Gaye. I believe the popularity of this toy started with Gaye's great nephew Owen....http://www.muhsnews.blogspot.com/ and I would have to guess that Baby Cade (Gaye's grandson) http://www.brooks2004.blogspot.com/ will not go long without a racetrack either. Max likes to watch the racer go around the track. He also enjoys putting a ball in front of his car and making him push that around the track. New tricks include ramming the racecar with various other toys and knocking it off track. Most of all, he watches and gets really excited pushing up and giggling. Thanks for the great toy, Gaye!
