Max's Slippers

It's a Cars Christmas. Here we have Max in his somewhat new Lightning McQueen slippers. He likes to race them by slipping around on the hardwood.

Counting Down the Days

Max did not quite understand at first that his new car that Santa brought him needed to charge for a while. Once he understood Max felt he needed charging also. Max asks here, "I need a re-sharggche too..??"

4 days left until Christmas and Mommy and Max start the cookie making process.

"I do it, Mommy - I do it."

Santa is a good listener

While Max has not quite brought himself to settle in to Santa's lap this year, he has been comfortable enough to share his wish list from afar. "A big red car" is always Max's answer....well...a couple times he asked for a candy cane too.

Santa Comes Early

Santa Claus stopped by a little early to drop this off for Max. He needed to make room in his sleigh and Max seemed to be okay with that.

On the pavement or not, this was a definite winner. Good job Santa!

Max didn't take too long to get the hang of driving Lightning McQueen around the yard, and the neighbors' yards, and their neighbor's....Needless to say Mom and Dad got a workout chasing him around the neighborhood. Every so often he would run into something where he would say, "Ah, Caught?" Max doesn't quite have the reverse down yet.

Around the House

Taking a break from dinner to help Dad carry the laundry. His exact words I think were "I do it, Daddy."

Fresh from the bath, Max tries out a new hair style.

Warm and comfortable in his Christmas pajamas.

Santa Breakfast in Murray

Max and his MiMi making a gingerbread man ornament while they wait to see santa.

A little reluctant to sit with Santa this time Max was quite alright with telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas from Mommy's hip.

Muffin? Roll? Juice? Doughnut? Ham? All "No's" until he saw the chocolate muffin.

Box-A-Mania!

Max had so much fun one day when he decided to hop in this box and his dad pulled him around the living room.

Another pic of Max right after a spin in his favorite toy that day.

Needless to say the box only held up for about 20 minutes. Once the box was "all done" (in Max's words), he was quite alright to go back to his dinosaurs and cars.
